the County's HARTline Study Group has issued its final report, which will be presented to the Hillsborough Commission on Wednesday, April 5 at 2:10 pm. The report is posted on the Study Group web page at the following link:

If you would like to make a comment to the County Commission about this topic, I encourage you to do so at the 9 am public comment period on April 5. The commission does not usually have public comment for each item on the agenda. It's best to speak early and not run the risk of losing the opportunity.

Under the "H" section you will find the HARTline Study Group. At the bottom of the Study Group page is a link called "All the reports". You will find the report there. This file is fairly large; it is a 47 page report with many charts and graphs.
